File/folder date and time stamps
Lots of advanced features are available to work with filesystem date and time stamps. Created, Modified and Accessed properties can be modified on files and folders with ease. Detailed customisation is available to only update a particular part of a date and time, such as minutes or month only for example.
Use synchronisation tasks to make for example the Creation date on a bunch of files the same as the Photo date. The possibilities are endless.
Attribute Changer is able to make relative adjustments to date and time stamps, making it possible to add for example an 1 hour offset to your files.
Sometimes, it’s necessary to generate fake, random date and time stamps in the past or future, then Attribute Changer is the solution. Changes can be limited to a range of date or time stamps.
Standard Windows attributes
Attribute Changer can modify the standard attributes like ReadOnly, Hidden, Archive, System, Compress and Index on files and folders.
File/folder case
Extensions and file or folder names can be easily converted from uppercase to lowercase and vice versa.
Simulation mode

Filters to exclude files and folders
File and folder filters instruct Attribute Changer to exclude or include objects based on multiple criteria, such as attributes, date, time, size and file- or folder name wildcards. Ranges can be defined for most of them.
Filters are based on Attributes, Size ( for files ), Date and time and File or folder names
Multiple criteria can be grouped together to create a set of conditions to be applied to files and folders.
Photo date and time
A click on the push button on your camera and a great unique scenery is captured.. but the timezone was incorrect.
Attribute Changer can alter the photo information (EXIF information) using manually entered date and time values or by synchronizing with file date and time stamps, for example the file creation date and time.
Reporting
During processing, Attribute Changer logs all activity in realtime. The simple reporting view only displays the erroneous actions while the detailed reporting window displays a complete view of all successful changes.
